Maryland Weather: Shower possible Friday morning, nice weekend follows

BALTIMORE — A shower is possible early Friday followed by nice weekend.
Temperatures will be very warm this evening for trick-or-treating. After afternoon temperatures in the 80s for this Halloween, the evening hours are looking unseasonably warm as well. Temperatures will start off in the upper 70s and gradually fall into the lower 70s by 8 PM. It will be mild all night long with lows only dipping into the middle 60s.
Friday will start off with a shower in spots. The chance lasts through about noon before skies gradually clear and the breeze increases. Highs will top out in the middle to upper 70s.
Chilly weather returns Friday night with lows dipping down into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
The weekend looks great. We’ll see a mixture of clouds and sunshine both days of the weekend with seasonably cool temperatures. Highs on Saturday will top out in the lower 60s. Temperatures dip down into the middle 30s Saturday night before warming back up into the low 60s Sunday. The Ravens game Sunday afternoon look spectacular with temperatures around 60.
Don’t forget we switch over to standard time at 2 AM Sunday morning, so we gain an extra hour of sleep. Sunset on Sunday will be at 5:02 PM.
No problems to start off next week, we’ll experience a warming trend once again. Highs on Monday will reach the upper 60s. Election Day Tuesday looks good with highs in the upper 70s, so no problems going out to vote. Wednesday is continued warm with highs near 80.
A cold front may deliver us a shower or two along with cooler temperatures by late next week.
